TRICKS is a result of an ongoing research that investigates how a rebellious group of 5 performers create, destroy and serve sisyphean stage images, fight for the power of the collective, imbued with a revolutionary spirit and solidarity.
On stage our role shifts between being technicians, creating and dismantling stages, and performing as a collective, as if we were a rock band.
In this process I often searched for a state of maximum endurance to embody chaos and order almost simultaneously, While Exploring the idea of carrying a heavy burden, both physically and metaphorically.
I question how the ground changes when you bear a significant weight, and what balance is required for such an action.
The show is a journey into the collision of humanity's resilience with the fragility of our existence, while continuously exploring instability, upheavals, and the relentless pursuit of a semblance of order. The movements and interactions of the performers with objects symbolize the enduring human spirit in the face of a disintegrating world.
